Shipping policy

We strive to hold our shipping costs to an absolute minimum on every order. You will receive helpful tracking information upon checkout. Standard Ground delivery windows are generally 2-5 business days.

Regarding international orders, we are not responsible for the customs and duties charges for package delivery.

Orders are packed by hand so please allow a day for careful packing before the order is sent. Since each product is unique, we try to provide the most complete set of photos possible for each product. Please keep in mind that size and colors may vary with each crystal. If you find you are displeased with your purchase, please reach out to us within 30 days to receive a full refund. Additionally, we cannot accept returns for candles, aromatherapy products, smudge kits, or incense.
